Dream Weaver Beanie: (All Sizes)
Note: This hat is worked in continuous rnds to avoid an unsightly seam. Place stitch marker on loop around hook after each rnd and move it with each rnd. Complete rnd for size you are making then skip to Rnd 12.
Rnd 1: Magic ring, ch 1, 6 sc in ring, join with sl st in first sc. (6 sc)
OR ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook, join with sl st in first sc. (6 sc)
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st to end of rnd, do not join but work these next rnds in a continuous spiral, add stitch marker to loop on hook and move with each rnd. (12 sc)
Rnd 3: (1 sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) to end of rnd. (18 sc)
Rnd 4: (1 sc in ea of next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st) to end of rnd. (24 sc)
Rnd 5: (1 sc in ea of next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st) to end of rnd. (30 sc)
End here for preemie/doll, continue with Rnd 12.
Gauge Checkpoint: Diameter of circle should measure approximately 4" here.
Rnd 6: (1 sc in ea of next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st) to end of rnd. (36 sc)
End here for 0-3 mos, continue with Rnd 12.
Rnd 7: (1 sc in ea of next 5 sts, 2 sc in next st) to end of rnd. (42 sc)
End here for 3-6 mos, continue with Rnd 12.
Rnd 8: (1 sc in ea of next 6 sts, 2 sc in next st) to end of rnd. (48 sc)

Rnd 12: sl st in next st to end last rnd, ch 2 (counts as sc plus ch 1), *sk next st, sc in next st, ch 1*, repeat between *...* to end of rnd, last sc of repeat will be made in sl st from beg of rnd, do not join.
Rnd 13: (starting with last ch 1 of prev rnd), sc in first ch-1 sp, ch 1, *sc in next ch-1 sp, ch 1*, repeat to end of rnd. Move stitch marker with each rnd and continue working in continuous rnds.
Repeat Rnd 13 until you reach the following measurement:
Preemie/Doll: Continue until hat measures approximately 4.5” from crown to brim.
0-3 Months: Continue until hat measures approximately 5 to 5.5” from crown to brim.
3-6 Months: Continue until hat measures approximately 5.5 to 6” from crown to brim.
6-12 Months: Continue until hat measures approximately 6.5 to 7” from crown to brim.

Teen/Adult: Continue until hat measures approximately 7.5 to 8” from crown to brim.

All Sizes: sl st (or invisible join if ending here) in next ch-1 sp to end last rnd.
